OP, here's a specific example:
UVA's acceptance letter comes with a list of contingencies for matriculation, one of those being grades:
If you receive a C in a class, a written statement needs to be sent to the school explaining why.
If you receive a D in a class, your file goes under review again.
So straight B's should suffice! Finish strong with a solid 3.0!
Just kidding, do your best because it's gotten you this far. That mentality should work for another year.
