I've sent many e-mails to admission offices so I'm hesitant on sending another one.

I've already been accepted. One organization that I volunteered for changed their office so the contact information is no longer valid. Should I bother to update the school on the contact information for a verifier? Do they even check verifiers post acceptance?

IF they were going to look into your activities, my guess is that this would've been done prior to offering you an acceptance.

Absolutely not. Stop being so neurotic.

You're done! You've already passed GO and collected the $200. If they need anything else from you, they'll ask...

What about the hypothetical scenario in which one has been accepted and wants a merit scholarship (in this case, assume merit scholarships are decided later in the cycle)?

Wouldn't really make a difference. If your app is already strong enough for a merit scholarship, I don't see what more an update can do.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that them contacting this volunteering organization is not going to change whether or not you are offered a merit scholarship.

They might realize the mistake they made by letting a neurotic mess in and defer your acceptance a year claiming that they "over-accepted"
