By the time I graduate I'll have between a 3.4-3.45 for both reg and science gpas. This would be after getting consistent >3.7s for the last 2 years of college. Granted I still haven't taken the mcat, but if I theoretically get at least low 30s would a postbacc be useless? Or should I just take a few extra science classes? I'm assuming a 3.4ish isnt competitive but idk how much a two year upward trend would contribute to it considering cumulative gpa was lower than 3.0 first 3 semesters. Thanks for the input, and I'm not planning on applying to any top schools, just maybe mid low tier MD schools

Upward trends are always good, and their are schools that look more at that than just GPA. Just do well on MCAT to prove that you the 3.7 guy/gal.
