I recently created and presented a poster on the research I have worked on for the last 1.5 years at a symposium for undergrads who did summer research at my university. I had mentioned in my app that this would be happening, along with a brief summary of my project, but should I send my poster to schools now that I have presented it? This project is also in a paper that we just got back for revisions and should hopefully be accepted within ~1 month. I don't want to overload them with too much of the same project, but I don't know if it's better to do now

You can send a brief update when the paper is accepted.

Undergrad research symposia are a dime a dozen.

No one in admissions will care about the specifics of your project, so there is no need to say anything more than "Our manuscript titled _ was recently accepted to _."
