Why medicine? Why this program? And if they haven't prepared to inteview you, "tell me about yourself" as they are shuffling through your resume. 🙂. This happened to me at one of my interviews.
They may ask personal strengths and weaknesses, but probably not.. They are always game in an interview though, so be prepared.
Might ask "where do you see yourself in 5 years? What's your plan?"
And then, of course, they will ask something about what's in your resume/personal statement (if u need one - I did)

Drexel's IMS program do a phone interview, it's one of the people out of the program who called me, at least.
I was asked what I hoped to gain about the program. What I liked most about it. Plans for the future. We talked about what I felt was the weakest/strongest part of my application. Then he let me ask questions.
It felt very informal, almost as if they have students evaluate "fit" into the class profile. Not sure if I described that right, basically, they ask "do you think you'd like him as a classmate" based on personality and the brief encounter over the phone. That's just my guess though.
