Is antidiuretics’ indicated for postpartum(s/p C-section) ankle and feet edema. I am referring to 4+ edema not resolved with conservative care.

Depends on the full clinical scenario, but in general, no.

Postpartum diuresis will generally take place 48-72 hours after delivery, which will help as well.
 
It really depends on why you have so much edema. If you are pre-renal from Pre-Eclampsia, then I would not give diuretics (unless you had pulmonary edema). I have on occasional given a dose or 2 of lasix for symptomatic relief if I know kidney function is OK, but that is not very common. It really just depends.
