Well, i'm glad you've definitely moved on to decent music....not to be little your style, but in my eyes, pretty much anything under the sun is better than emo music. Something about screamy, teen angsty crappy music just wants me to rip my eyes out of my sockets.
As for me, I'm still looking for a good picture of myself....i dont know if it will happen soon.

ok i'm dumb...if i have a pic on my computer, how do i post it on here, like not as a link or thumbnail? (i'm a musician, NOT a comp scientist...) 😳 thx guys!

You know, I didn't post my picture to fish for compliments, nor did I expect any. It's on the first page, if you want to say I'm ugly, and make yourself look even more mean.
By the way, everyone else that has posted a pic--you all look great! Med school is going to be a lot of fun.

Does anyone else think that the girl on the left looks a liiiiiiitle like jessica alba (or her long-lost younger sister)?

I love indie rock as much as anyone. Art Brut, the Arcade Fire and Wolf Parade, Cat Power, the Shins, Calexico, the Flaming Lips, Le Tigre, The Joggers, Koushik, etc. But where is the love for indie hip-hop? Diplo, Rjd2, Aesop Rock, the Go! Team (or whatever the hell genre they are), Ghostface, Prefuse 73, Blackalicious, Jurassic 5, Lyrics Born, the Dungeon Family, DJ shadow, Kano, Madlib, Daedelus, Pete Rock... the list goes on.
Fine, I'll bite: my hair circa 2004. It was a mighty nest. It pretty much looks the same now but not dyed - apparently that red covered up a lot of gray. Oh, and I changed my shirt in the interim.

So how did you post the pic from your computer?
RunnerMD said:Haha...some of us take the more circuitous route by posting a link to our MySpace (with a link to pictures) in our SDN signature
Or on our SDN profile. I've had my picture on my profile for almost two years now... yet no one has ever sent me a PM saying, "I'd hit that."

i didn't figure that out...just posted it to my friendster account (or if you have access to a pic anywhere online that works), right-clicked and picked "copy image location"...then paste that into the "insert image" box (yellow box near bold, etc, with the little landscape).
I guess people can figure out who I am anyway, so here is a pic of me w/ a liter of beer.

You have to find a server on the web to host your pictures. A excellent free site is photobucket.com. After signing up, its pretty self explanatory. Just browse the file you want uploaded and the picture will be uploaded onto the photobucket site. After that you just copy the link provided and paste it here. If you want to post a link to a pic just leave out the
This is a fun thread. I'll have to take a pic and post later.
HOW COOL!! haha, didn't think I'd actually have someone tell me that!! Have you posted your picture up yet? I'm curious to see who you are now! hahalynn42 said:
