Any former or current SMPers have any advice on helpful prep prior to starting your program? i'm 3 years out of undergrad and feeling a bit rusty so any advice on how/if you brushed up would be appreciated. I have Kaplan MCAT 2015 books that i've been flipping through, but my approach has largely been a glass of wine and Fixer Upper which is like not really helping.

Have you not taken your MCAT yet? I thought most SMPs require you take the MCAT first, unless your SMP has MCAT prep built in. I've also heard that regardless, trying to do your MCAT during an SMP is nigh impossible because you'll just be so busy.
Otherwise, try trawling through specific threads for your SMP and find previous students who can tell you better how to prep: what's important to know, etc. Maybe find out what textbooks they used and start flipping through them. Possibly even fit in some Khan Academy vids for very basic content review?
