I haven't finished my prerequisite courses (public speaking course and history)
but just got accepted to the school and sent the deposit.
I don't know if i needed to take those courses or just ask the school for waiver or wait until the school contact me for missing prerequisite

Thank You

Most schools accept you conditionally if you haven't finished prerequisites; as in, you've been accepted, but not unless you complete x, y and z. I'd finish them up so as to avoid a major disappointment come fall. Contact the school if you want to be certain.

Yes you have to have the classes prior to starting. Those are common classes that can typically be completed during the summer session, and they are easier during the summer.
