Private Practice in the Chicago burbs

I made a comment about openings in our group in the private forum that generated a decent amount of interest. So I figured I would make a formal post.

We are a PP just outside of Chicago. I would say half the group lives in the city, and the other half in the burbs.
2 years to partnership
sign on bonus
6 weeks vacation
good work life balance
1-2 in house calls per month
busy cardiac program (would prefer fellowship but not necessary depending on comfort level)
peds fellowship is a plus
majority of the time doing your own cases (i personally supervise about once every 3 weeks)
also option for non-partnership, no call/no weekends position
