Problem with letter of recommendation for NYMC regarding AMCAS ID

I received NYMC secondary application and one of their requirements for LOR's is "Please request your AMCAS ID # be included on each of your letters". I have not seen this from any other school that I have applied to and was wondering if I should have my letter writers resubmit their letter just for this?

Lol. I think that they just have some different rules than others schools regarding letters that makes it very inconvenient
