Hi, I think I have nailed the basics of EKGs but the one thing I struggle with in 12 lead EKGs is the process. I often miss things because I don't understand if I need to look at every lead for things e.g. every qrs? every P ? every rhythm? or do i just look at one? . I understand the steps e.g. rate --> rhythm ---> axis etc etc but should I Look at the rhythm in every lead? or just in the rhythm strip, a step by step process would be very helpful just to help me nail the basics. Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
