Program refuse to offer Second Look

I scheduled a couple of second look on a few of my top programs without any problems. But this one particular program told me that they had numerous people request second look and can't offer any more. Is this a clear sign that this program has no love for me?
Any of you had this experience before?

I would look at this a bit differently. A second look is a lot of logistical work and they probably try to limit the number of days where they accommodate people.

They are just full, and I wouldn't look to deeply into this.
