for the past couple of months i worked on learning how to draw cartoons and uploaded a few
episodes on a popular foreign website portal. it's a simple hobby and the work is far from impressive, but i'm wondering whether i should provide a link so the adcoms don't think i'm making up a non- verifiable activity.

If you consider it "far from impressive", then don't.

If you were a legit artist or photographer, with some level of acclaim, the answer would be the oppisite.
