Pt selection with decalcification

has anyone used a pt for WREB with cervical decalcification? the areas do not have tactical differences. i am worried about having to extend the box depend how how deep the decalcification is. any suggestions?

i would avoid it if possible. especially if you think that your box will be getting close to that area of de-calcification; they may want you to extend the prep; and that can get very messy. if it's at least 2-3 mm away from where you think the box is going to end i wouldnt worry about it. maybe keep it as back up. good luck
