I have some short questions for anyone who has taken the DAT before.

1) Are you expected to know (memorize) conversions for stuff such as Gallons to Quartz and Ounce (ect.)?

2) were there alot of geometric based questions (The Kaplan tests I have dont seem to have too many of those)?

Thanks, EAT->Sushi.

Was this conversion stuff from TopScore of Achiever? I remember seeing something like this and thought it was ridiculous. You don't need to know it for the actual exam. I dont remember if it was on my test or not, but some good conversions you should know are miles to feet. Days, hours, etc. The simpler ones. but quartz and ounce and liters you dont need to know.

There will be geometry questions on the actual exam. Dont know what you mean by a lot, but there were a few.

I did the Kaplan tests and there were no geometry questions in them, save for the notebook.
