Hello,

I am not so much asking about my chances at these schools (I haven't taken the MCAT yet) but I would like clarification on my status as a Canadian born individual (who lived there from 0-14) who is also an American citizen (high school to university).

Would my chances of admission into these schools be strengthened? Or would the fact that I attended university in the U.S push me into the international applicants pile?

I would apply to schools in my former home province (AB) such as UAlberta and UCalgary.

You should be considered the same as Canadian applicants, but I think you will be considered OOP... have a look at the OOP acceptance rates/stats.

UAlberta OOP stats:

GPA median: 3.94
CARS mean 129.43 (lowest score of admitted student = 128)

UCalgary is EC focused and more OOP-friendly, so you'll want to aim for there:

511 MCAT and 3.87 GPA averages.
