I am wondering how the score is calculated. How can we estimate our score based on those released exams?

Does raw score mean the number of the correct questions?

For example, DA: 85, did it mean you got correct on 85 questions?

thanks in advance for your comments

It's scaled based on the difficulty of the questions (how many people get it wrong), and a variety of other things. A good rule of thumb is that you need about 215/400 to get a 75, and then each point past that might be another 3-5 questions. I had more or less the same number correct on all sections as a friend who took it a week earlier, and we got different scores, it's rather strange - but we didn't have the same tests.

No, it's not a direct score, 85 =/= 85 questions out of 100 correct.

yes. raw score means number you got right. the above poster was slightly confused as to what u were asking.

if it says "DA:85" . then you got 85 out of 100 questions right on dental anatomy. it shows your raw score.

the final score is the scaled score. an 85 out of 100 on each subject (meaning 340/400) is somewhere around 92-94 on your scaled score. hope this helps.
