question about transcript request form (TMDSAS)

I am requesting a transcript from a college that does not process its own transcript requests--as in, a third party processes the request and sends it to the address requested. However, the TMDSAS application encourages that the transcript be accompanied by a transcript request form so that the transcript can be matched to my applicant file. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I think I am out of luck and should just hope that the transcript makes it to my file... it's okay if it shows up without my transcript request form, right?

Also: is it okay for a transcript to arrive at the TMDSAS office before my application has been submitted and processed?

Have them send it to you, write your TMDSAS ID on the envelope, mail it to TMDSAS. Or put "TMDSAS ID xxxxx" on the second address line and have it sent directly to TMDSAS.
