Question about uploading MSPE for an IMG

Hi. I am an IMG applying for this year's match. My medical school participates in EMSWP (Electronic Medical School Web Portal), and my med school official told me that he would upload the MSPE whenever he gets an email request from ERAS.

1. Does ERAS really send out emails to international medical schools asking them to upload the MSPE? Sorry, I want to make sure there's nothing incomplete about my application and I don't want to go into the application process without an MSPE.

2. He also said there's no need to hurry and that he usually uploads MSPE only by around October-November. Now is that alright? Shouldn't the MSPE be submitted before September 15?

No clue on the IMG specific stuff, but for everyone, MSPE for residency application isn't released until Oct 1. It can be uploaded before then, but the programs won't be able to see it.
