In repsonse to your question, PCOM will send you a financial aid packet in the mail with all the information you will need any day now. I went ahead and filled out my FAFSA and included my parental information so that I would be considered for grants and other scholarships the school offered before I matriculated. The deadline for the FAFSA applications is April 15, 2006, so it would behoove you to go ahead and fill yours out online. The process is very easy, especially if you and your parents have already done your taxes. Shelly Rhodes is our financial aid officer here at GA-PCOM, and she is extremly helpful. If you have any additonal questions regarding the financial aid process, I would contact her. You can call the school and they will connect you with her office phone number. Oh, last year they held a financial aid seminar for us in April to discuss other financial aid opportunities(military scholarships, private loans, country doctor scholarship, etc). They may be doing this for the next class as well. I hope this info helps.
