Question if u took USMLE & COMLEX 2 CS/PE

For those that took BOTH the USMLE Step 2 CS and COMLEX Step 2 PE...

Were there any real differences to the USMLE Step 2 CS over COMLEX PE? I'm going to be taking the USMLE step 2 CS now as well. Already passed COMLEX PE.

I know in USMLE you do not list any treatment, whereas in COMLEX you can. And there seems to be maybe less space to write things...

Any other differences I should know about going into this? I have FA for CS to study.
