Hi guys,

I have a question about the course work section of the AMCAS.
For those classes like ECON 101, my school had discussion sections. Should I indicate this class as "Combined Lecture and Lab"? Or just Lecture?
Where does discussion section fit in?

Thanks,

I believe it's just lecture...

I believe this is correct. Though AMCAS gives no specific guidelines on this topic - I think that laboratory is used in the typical sense - meaning a science laboratory associated with a course.

PS - Next time, you might be better off posting your question in the official AMCAS question thread.

It's just lecture. Lab classes are for science ones; discussions are considered part of lecture.
