I need a very specific answer to this question: does the HPSP packet contain a form that requires one to list employment/criminal history besides the SF86? You see, my recruiter f***ed up by filling out my SF86 for me (why he didn't just tell me to fill it out myself, I don't know) and omitted a lot of info (the negative stuff). Now, I have no problem divulging these things to OPM or the Army (and will get to submit corrections to OPM, it seems, as I require an interview for my security clearance regardless), but I need to know whether I need to correct any other forms besides the SF86. I combed through the Army manual of what a standard HPSP packet contains, and there doesn't seem to be another form for employment/criminal stuff. The SF86 is separate from the packet, it appears.
