Questions about certain schools, should I apply

so my GPA is 3.51, sGPA is 3.52. DAT (AA/TS) is 20/19 nothing below 18
OR resident

I was wondering if I should even try with some of these schools:

U of Florida*
Midwest IL*
U of Kentucky
U of Louisville
UNE
U of Nebraska*
U of Pitt
Meharry*
Marquette


I understand that the four stared schools are OOS non-friendly, but I wasn't sure if I am good enough to apply for them. Let me know what do you guys think! or what schools I should try instead, thanks!

Kentucky is pretty OOS unfriendly as well. Meharry is mostly URMs.

Wouldn't bother with UF if I were you. Apply to Pitt!

Holy crap...I was about to say UF lets in 90% OOS, but I think that's a serious typo on the ADEA's guide.

Most of Tennessee's class is TN and AR residents. Only a handful of OOS are accepted. Very OOS unfriendly

I think UF let in 5% OOS and the class is 93 total so that's around 5 total OOS. Not that OOS friendly if you ask me. Add VCU for OOS friendly, as they have 35 seats

why not U of Nebraska?

Your DAT score is competitive, but your GPA is not. The average GPA of the incoming class is around 3.8. UNMC has a small class with only about 12-14 OOS seats and some of those, I think, are saved for WY and SD residents. The chances of you getting in are very small. If you are really like UNMC or you want to go to a smaller school, then you can still try, but it would be better to either save your money or apply somewhere else more OOS friendly.
