Questions about Duke Soft Deadline

I just made my application to Duke today. Duke's soft deadline is Oct 3rd and close date is Nov 1st. PTCAS stated that since it is soft deadline they may still accept the application until Nov 1st.

What are the chances that they will consider my application? Am I too late?

All my PTCAS application materials are ready to mail, they should be arrived at Duke soon. I hope I did not waste my money.
