Questions about experiences section on AMCAS?

Well I'm years away from applying but I still want to be knowledgeable about the AMCAS. When you record what experiences you've done, do you have to record hours or duration of the work in dates(e.g March 2015-May 2016)? I'm only asking so I can start recording hours being that I just started my first paid clinical experience position. Thanks guys.

Each week record the date the week started and number of hours you worked. When it comes time to apply, you should have the information you need.

Don't forget to record Contact information as well (name and either phone or email) as this is also required in case adcomms want to verify the activity.
