So I got accepted to The Ohio State University and I'm so excited b/c it was my first choice😍
I was wondering if anyone who went there would be able to fill me in on a general overview of the first quarter....classes (i know there's anatomy and radiology), how notes are distributed (online or printouts) and if the school requires a certain type of computer for classes....
I'm sure I'll be hearing from them in May, but I'm so excited and can't wait to find out everything that I can!

Your first quarter you will have Canine Anatomy, Radiology, Histology, Epidemiology, Life Skills and Cell Biology. Life skills and radiology are only one credit whereas the rest are 4-5 credits apiece.

At the beginning of every quarter you purchase note packets (around $50) that are organized by class, and this is typically all you need notewise. For some professors you have the option of printing out their powerpoints but most have very complete notes.

There is no required computer at OSU, so just get whichever computer you like the best. The computers in our lab are Apples, but they get changed out every few years and we may be going back to PCs.

Congrats on getting in!

Thanks so much! I still have to pinch myself once in awhile 🙂
