Can anyone suggest a good question & Answer book to prepare for the ABA pain boards. Please give me the name of the ultimate books everyone agrees upon as main or major source. May be a must have question & Answers books before the pain boards. Thank you..

Raj's book on Pain is good.
Pain secrets, esp for headaches and a few other random things. :luck:
those are the only books i studied, then I did the wisco review course which was great.
