Quick question about application cycle?

This is a very silly question. I originally applied to schools during the 2013-2014 cycle. If a school asks on a secondary if I applied before, and during what entering year, am I putting 2013-2014 or just 2014 by itself?

I don't think it matters what you put

But applying during the 2013-2014 cycle is applying for the entering year of 2014, so if it asks "what entering year," I'd put 2014
