Quick Question about Mount Sinai FlexMed

For FlexMed, the requirement state that "Applicants are required to complete two semesters of college biology, chemistry, or physics prior to January 15 of the academic year in which they apply."

Do the two semesters have to be in the same science or can they be in two different disciplines?

From their brochure it says, "Students who are interested in FlexMed must apply during their sophomore year of college. Applicants must have completed either one year of Chemistry, Biology, or Physics. Letters of acceptance will be mailed out by the summer of applicants’ sophomore year."

So I'm assuming they mean two semesters of the same subject, as that would correlate to one year
