for the questionnaire, when it says we can reproduce the questionnaire in the same format and spacing...what does the spacing refer to? you can only write as much as the original? I am confused on the limit we can write....

she is right...why not include one...you spend all this time to do their KING of supplementals and not add a nice picture of yourself? =]

Yea, I mean as long as you look clean and professional in the pic, then the picture should not hurt your application at all. 🙂

I'm cheap, so I just took a picture myself and bought a pack of small photo paper (~$3) to print it on. The picture is just so the adcoms can stick a face with the application... there are for more important things to worry about.

regarding pics...i sat on my toilet and had my mom take a picture of me LOL...

the back wall is a nice color and theres nothing else in the background so it looked professional haha...then i took it to walgreens for wallet prints...which was less than 2 bucks!
