I just want you all to know that the post doc who was working on my project with me did not get high-res MSs of the compounds she made. And since she is currently out of the country, guess who gets to do it tomorrow??? 🙄

ur freaking amazing, seriously. if i had just gotten my phd and was 2 months away from med school the last place i'd be is the lab. i know you're over the whole living up your 20's thing but come on... rent a jet ski and take it out on the bay or something! 😀

oh........... you can make a day of it and race gujudoc. :idea: 😎

Grumble. You think I'm still here working because I WANT to be??? As soon as I get this stupid paper revised and write my other one, then I can leave and go on vacation. If I don't do it, no one else will. I'm the first author.

rent the jet ski when you go on vacation though, have you ever ridden one? they. are. awesome.

You know what pisses me off? Every time I think that I finally have all the data we need and I start entering it, I realize there is something else still missing. I'm talking about for HER compounds, not mine. I got all of the necessary data for my thesis. Why the heck didn't she collect these data when she made the compounds? Now I have to go back and get things here and there to fill in all the holes. 😡

that sounds like the beaches i've been on in new york. crazy stuff. miami doesnt have the most beautiful beaches in the world but they are damn nice.

yeah i've been to the miami beaches.....and i know why you like them sooooo much. i don't know anything about NY beaches--frankly i don't wanna know

damn when i was in fl we were either in the pool or in the air conditioning. and miami is a lot further south than we were.

boston beaches are pretty terrible. the water is never actually warm, and there are usually rocks and broken glass pieces all over the place.
