Sigh, I admit defeat. You all in the Random thread won the post war, even in just the second part of your thread. To all you mods, thanks for taking the time to rein all us MCAT crazies in and for keeping the servers running. The pre-med experience wouldn't have been the same without you! :clap:

not great at all...but not terrible enough to not apply. it's kinda frustrating. but i don't think i should take it again. i got a 28N (10 PS, 8 VR, 10 BS), and that's 3 points up from last august (25Q). i dunno, what do you guys think?

Scent, I would still apply with that score if the rest of your app is strong. Is your GPA good? ECs?

i keep going back and forth...even just in the last 10 minutes or so. i'm happy to have improved, and especially in the sciences. but i thought for sure that i would break the 30 mark, especially considering that was my average for practice tests. . i think the rest of my application is still strong, so i'm still going for the md/phd. if they want to not consider me b/c of one test and not b/c of all my research experience and academic background, then so be it!

I guess all that electrochemistry stuff not withstanding I did okay on PS :laugh:

You should totally go for it. You've got all the experience who cares about one exam?

Scentimint congrats on going up. I know its not the 33+ you dreamed about getting but 28 will still get you in somewhere. Don't lose hope. Go ahead and apply this cycle and talk with the schools of interest. I think you'll get in somewhere. GOOD LUCK with applications.
