Yep, that's right. We have to get 50 to sit for boards and are supposed to get them all our first year. We have a few months first year just set aside from autopsies. Then hopefully I won't have to do anymore for the rest of my residency.

To be honest, I haven't really thought about it much. I am def keeping my options open...EM and trauma surgery are the two fields I have researched the most.

I have to prepare infectious disease rounds for tomorrow and study. We have these teaching sessions that we need to prepare for with looking at study sets (prepared slides of cases) and unknowns to make some attempt to come up with a diagnosis. 😀

My pager went off this morning and I practically had a seizure. It was a wrong number. 🙄
