o really? ( they need an "excited" smiley) where did you go? I also took my gf and my bf to Poland with me last year for 2 weeks.... but they don't understand squat.

No Food S&m 🙁 Well i could eat with my hands but since there is no room for me to eat, people would find it strangeI suppose. Shoudl I Just go and eat in the handicapp stall inthebathroom?

Fun, fun, fun - the baby gets to see her doctor in a couple hours. She's bright, bright red. I know it's a virus because my husband and I had it a couple weeks ago, but I worry more and want to know what it is when it's my baby!!!

I spent about 3 months there...

Years ago I was very serious with him and we were both working on our PhDs and had time off together between Thanksgiving and February. Unfortunately he had some exams that were scheduled last minute so he had to rearrange his flight but I couldn't. I ended up spending a week with his mother and brother who spoke NO English and I spoke very little Polish at the time!!!!

His brother lives in Gorlice and mother in Bialogard, but we traveled to see some of his friends up by Gdansk and in Szczecin. We also went to Czestachowa and Rzeszow and spent some time in Krakow since that's where we flew in. We spent New Year's close to Nowy Sacz and went to a bunch of other places I can't think of right now. We didn't get to Warsaw or to the NE part of Poland.

I would love to go back, even though my husband is from America with Swedish ancestry 😉.

Actually, my family didn't move there until I was in college. We moved every two years my whole life until that so I have just adopted that as my home state.

Blast, ok i'm going to McD's. I'll just get a hamburger and diet soda. Or maybe fruit punch. I shouldn't add more caffeine into my diet yet. I do feel like I have more energy though, just a little. I'll be back. 😀

okay, so i want to get a letter from this one proff... i don't go to office hours... cause well... i don't have anythin to ask him class wise... and now i'm feeling like a dork cause i'm considering to go OH to ask about how he's gonna do the test... and i honestly don't care how he sets it up

Mycoplasma used to be the bane of my existence.

It is so hard to get rid of too. We had to install special air filters in our cell culture room.
