Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

Maybe categorizing the slides by time period would help......maybe you'll start seeing a pattern

You press the FF button on the remote. You still see them, but for less time (no volume, though).

Because the DVR can't edit the show to remove commercials. It just records and lets you decide when to FF, Pause, Stop. etc. You can use the jump button which for our old DVR let you go 15 minutes ahead.

Yeah. A 4.0 in high school and 30+ ACT got you 2500 a year to an INSTATE school. I guess I should have stipulated. My GPA wasn't the best so I earned like $2100 and I missed the GPA cutoff for the Big daddy scholarship of Full tuition + room and board.

So I got full tuition plus 2100 a year to live on.

A 30 on the ACT is hard, I didn't get that. Close though.

That's what I used to do. 1 hour long shows are usually 40 minutes of real show so I'd wait til 20 past the hour and start watching. 30 minute shows are around 22 minutes in length so I'd wait til 8 past.

UK turned you down? I didn't have any debt when I graduated. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for my education because I really don't think it was worth what they would've charged.

I took the SAT and ACT. Got enough for the requirements for the scholarship (barely, though ). I prefer the ACT because it's more of a well-rounded exam. Science, humanities, math, grammar stuff, etc.

They let you guess all the questions like the MCAT, opposite of the SAT. They said they won't give anyone a 36/36 on a section because they put in that "guessing" factor. So they assume you can't get a perfect (which pissed me off for math 😡 )
