Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

morning kids. Off to tutor in a bit. 👍 Then home to clean and do homework all day. Man will be gone by this time tomorrow 🙁 I suppose I better get used to it though *sigh* I apparently am going to end up with 4 years of it.

Hola peeps. I couldn't access SDN all day yesterday! Hubby could, I couldn't. Ugh. So, now there are like 20 pages to catch up on. I know this thread is awaiting some important news....anyone care to recap the last 36 hours for me?

comcast was having issues with SDN yesterday after the sdn admins made a change to the servers. comcast updated though so you shouldnt have any more problems if you have comcast.

I hate the fact that Michigan at Minnesota and Ohio St. at Iowa are at the same time tonight... I was really looking forward to seeing the OSU game, but I'll have to give my undivided attention to the wolverines

I think I'll only watch the UF game today. The Chinese GP is going to be awesome. Looking foward to that most of all.

i don't understand racing at all... especially the really long 3-4 hour + races👎

F1 races are 1.5 hours (times here http://www.formula1.com/archive/season/2006.html ). I can't stand anymore frankly to be honest. However, since the prediction in China is rain, it might end up being 2 hours. I say that because it rained in Hungary this year and the cars get slower, but also more accidents so the safety car comes out. The race stops no matter what after 2 hours.

3+ hour races are too boring. Only the last 5 laps are worth watching. You should try to catch Sunday's race. Race starts 2AM EST, so 1AM your time.

Actually, I don't own a closet. No, these are shirts that I've had for a while now...I like them, but they don't last forever. I can mend some of them though.

I have my moments, but come on, shopping is fun. I don't shop all the time, but it's always nice to spruce up the wardrobe a bit. It's the girly girl within me.

I feel good. The first week was great. Last night we had "social rounds" from 4-7 and then an apartment crawl from 8-12. I think some people went out downtown after that but I was exhausted and so I came home and went to bed.

My class is totally work hard, play hard. I'm liking that a lot!
