Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

Oh you're asking the wrong girl - I know land with river front can be expensive but on the whole land prices in texas are well below the national average.

Johnny Depp was just on The Late Show and said he bought an island after filming Pirates of the Carribean. I can't believe neither of them knew one could buy an island. I figured they'd get a bunch of sales pitches for stuff like this. I know of an island for sale that's 35,000 acres off the coast of Mexico. 🙂

I'll have to watch it tomorrow then. 😀 I didn't realize there were any season premieres yet!

GA premieres the night before my birthday. 😀 Now THAT'S a nice early bday present. :laugh:

Some parts of Florida are the same, below national averages, but the land is pretty flat as you could imagine. I wouldn't mind having something like that picture with large hills and cliffs. Maybe a small private lake, too? 🙂

So I talked to the girl I'm staying with in San Antonio, turns out she lives pretty close to the place where the social is the night before. I wasn't planning on drinking at all because I knew I had to drive but if I can just walk... and Flying Saucer has Strongbow... still probably a bad idea to drink the night before an interview though, huh?

I don't think one Strongbow would kill you and it might help you to relax. I'd go for it! (In fact, I went for it. But not with Strongbow.) 🙂

I have the best big brother in the whole wide world. He asked me if beary, megboo and I wanted anything special to drink while at his house on Saturday.. so I said "well, there HAS been a lot of chatter about Strongbow lately..". He went to this place by his house that's got all kinds of crazy stuff (kind of like Trader Joe's on steroids), found it, and even called me to confirm that it was the right thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's so awesome.

megboo - I saw that article this morning. At least not everyone gets out of the DUI, (which I think more and more people are finding it harder to get out of). They just fight it in court.
