Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

Thanks. First exam wednesday. Need to go over gram + and - membrane stuff, cell metabolism, and intro to viruses and bacteria. blech.

Ok, apparently this is going to confuse people until the end of time...I will go back and change it. I know what beary drives...and obviously people are looking at this from a different angle than I was when I wrote it. 🙄 So...I will return to the original post and change it! 😛

I have not studied at all this weekend. I feel so free!! What a bummer though...I am sick and my laptop is being held hostage by Best Buy's Geek Squad that can't seem to fix it. No in bed SDN for me!

Very well thanks. I had 2 exams on Thursday. They seemed to go well...I guess we will see soon enough!

I took a little time off from volunteering to get into the swing of classes...but now ready to return. I will also shadow a plastic surg on Friday whichI really looking forward to!!

I should probably so the same thing. There is so much I wanted to do today..but it would be stupid to try. I don't want this sick crud to go on any longer than it has to.

Hi randomites! Just dropping in to give my greetings. Hope you all are having a good day. 🙂 I'm going to go meet a friend for lunch pretty soon, and I also need to buy some more books for school. For those of you who are still premeds, let me warn you now that medical school books are very expensive. And you will need a s***load of them. So start saving up....

For those of you who are still med students, don't go crazy buying too many books. Many of them you will only look at once. 😉

I just woke up looking at my clock and I thought it said 11:05. I come back to my room a few minutes later and it's really ONE PM, lol!!! Just in time for the Buccaneers game. 😎

oooh that is great! I hope you did well on your exams and I hope you feel better. I hope I don't catch what you guys have. Betwen you and oxeye, I'm worried :scared:

Things here are good. My first two exams are this week. Loving my shadowing right now and I start my tutoring soon. Research is WAY busy. I have a ton on my plate and I'm hoping its not overload. But I'm really optimistic about this year (b.c I haven't had any exams yet to bring me down :meanie: ) and not looking forward to MCAT. I haven't had much time to start studying.

So megboo - I'm WAY behind you in studying. *sigh*
