Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

We've been through highs and lows in Part 5. From the final matches of Andre Agassi's career to the loss of the World's friend, Mr. Steve Irwin. May he rest in piece.

With all that said, let the green flag wave! Boogity Boogity Boogity!!!

Oh yeah? So what am I supposed to do, teach them how to properly draw organic reaction mechanisms? Help them write up their lab reports? I'm not exactly a medical doctor.

Listen, I, as a patient, was entirely confused at the time. You could've shown me diels-alder or a picture of a skeleton. The job had to be done!

I'm going to bed. I have an eleven hour day tomorrow. 🙄 Have a good night, everyone, and stay out of trouble. That would be you, Nik. 😉 Let A finish his talk. 🙂

I have 11-hour days every day. I can't wait until I get to med school (crossing fingers) so I can spend 11 hours on JUST medical school. I have classes + 6 clients tomorrow. Yuck.

We do have T-Mobile where families talk free. It is a good deal. I think Cingular did that commercial I was talking about.
we have the commercial too (don't remember which company it is), but they're doing a play on an old tv show called the Waltons where apparently there were a bunch of kids, and they all said goodnight to each other. famous line- "good night, John-boy!"

Yea, that's the one I'm talking about. I couldn't make out the name one time, I thought they said my friend's nickname one time--Jombler. I was in awe at first before I saw the name printed on the cell phone.

I watched Baywatch, some Knight Rider, and a little McGuyver when I was a kid. Oh yea, and The Simpons when it didn't suck ass.

this is why I never saw the other shows. my mom doesn't really watch tv, so my dad and brother subjected me to endless nights of Chips, Dukes of Hazzard, Airwolf, MacGyver, Knight Rider, Miami Vice, and I don't even remember what else.

and the Muppet Show. man I loved the Muppet Show. I remember being in kindergarten, all snuggled up on the couch with my dad and bro while we watched that...

Simpsons came out when I was in 8th grade (1989)!

yup. I was in HS when it came out. it was quite the big deal.

I would watch Chips, Gilligan's Island, The Brady Bunch, and I Dream if Jeanie on Nick. 👍

Never had a chance to see the Honeymooners, but I've seen a bit of I Love Lucy.

Then 1995 rolled around and it was all about Legends of the Hidden Temple.
