that really is funny how we're mirroring eachother today.

she actually had everything done for another topic, and her committee chair passed it around and they gave her feedback about how her data sucked. except they weren't even that nice. so then the chair said "do this org climate thing instead". that happened in July. she only gets 5 years to finish, and she's 4 in. no one bothered to mention this about the data in the first 4 years. so she's just screwed all the way around. 🙁 😡

PhD. I can't remember the specifics about the data, but I know one guy thought her n was too small. which is funny, b/c apparently his diss was a longitudinal single-case study. 🙄
