I just got a new one by renewing my contract for two years. 🙂 I got one of the Motorola Razrs. My old phone was a cheapo three year old Nokia that couldn't even do text messages!

Are you close to the end of your contract? I think most will let you upgrade the phone then.

for the last hour, I've been shoveling my driveway. it's not snow, I quickly learned. it is ICE. 2-3 inches deep. this sux big time. 😡

I'm only about 1/2 done, but I needed a break b/c my arms are killing me. they're still resonating as I type. :scared:

i've never had to shovel snow or break ice in my life, i've lived in south florida since i was like 7 years old :laugh:

before that i was in NY and i still have family up there so i'm hoping for a NY area match next year..... then i can experience this misery firsthand. its 80 degrees here right now, no joke:

I hate Chem and I HATE MY PROF MORE! Ugh. One more week of class and one week of finals... now, if she will fust find my papers and not rely on her admittedly bad memory to determine my grade life would be just peachy. So sad when you know you have a month between semesters that will be filled with learning the material you didn't get the semester before. Ugh.

thanks, guys. after another hour and a half and not much more getting accomplished, I have thrown in the towel. my arms and back are killing me.

so now, with it just over 1/2 done, I probably look like "that even WORSE neighbor", but I'm beyond caring.

firstly, I have 4WD now, so I didn't really HAVE to do it to begin with. secondly, my house/driveway face east, so the house itself starts blocking out the sun by noon... so across the street ALWAYS melts much faster than my side of the street. and thirdly, it's going up to 37 tomorrow, so hopefully some of it will melt. 👍

First off, that article is not true. The rankings have not been put together and will be released at 8PM on FOX. It's merely and article written with a prediction as if it's already occured. It's to draw attention to their site ($$$).

Secondly, "whiners" wtf?! 😀 Urban isn't whining. He's answering questions news writers have been asking. Congress even asked him to explain the BCS system to them over summer (before the season even started). He turned that down. He has every right to voice his opinion on the BCS. His team in 2004, Utah, went undefeated. The same year Auburn (SEC) went, too. Both got screwed, but Utah was the first and only non-BCS conference team to go to a BCS game. And they won over Pitt 35-7. Now Boise State is the 2nd non-BCS conference team to go to a BCS game. Lloyd shouldn't be campaigning his team. He stated, along with Jim Tressel, before the OSU-Mich game that neither wanted a rematch. That they play once in a season and that's it. It would be hypocritical, but I know he wants to play again, but he's not talking.

The fact is, Louisville is getting really screwed. One offsides penalty determined if they'd be in the championship game or not. No one even mentions them probably because they're in the Big East. They do deserve a shot imo. There should be a playoff because the teams getting really screwed are UF/Mich, Louisville, LSU, USC, and especially Oklahoma (Oregon "win" if you know what I mean). Whatever BCS game we play in, great. I'm just happy we're SEC champs. 🙂

SEC: Highest ranked 1 loss team (UF #2). Highest ranked 2 loss team (LSU #4). Highest ranked 3 loss team (Arkansas #13). Too bad we don't have the highest ranked 4 loss team. That belongs to Beary and the Huskers. 😉

Here's another interesting fact. I'm sure UMP hates me more now as if he didn't enough in the past.

How does the BCS debate get kicked out of the Thunderdome but the strip club thread is allowed to stay? Methinks there's some SEC hata's amongst the mods and advisors. 😉

Seriously, I think both my interviewers realized that I was a bad fit for Southwestern. I'm not saying I would reject SW off the bat but I would need a pretty compelling reason to go. (ie. Vin Diesel was also enrolled for the class of 2011) 😉

Haha, I am very proud of you. :laugh:

I'm okay with not being loved by everyone when I go to SW, I knew that going in. I liked the place when I interviewed and I had lunch with some (yes, more than 1, lol) great people...so decent students are enrolled there. Gunners are in every school as well.

And I would also enroll anywhere Vin Diesel enrolled, too bad he decided to take the "actor" route. 🙁 It would have made medical school more interesting.
