I'm at home. We had a VA autopsy today and I had to ask my colleague to do it which MAJORLY stressed me out but there is just no way I can do it.

I just ate some toast so I really hope that goes well.
mmm, toast! 😛

but on a more serious note...did it stress you out to be passing work off to someone else?

I think my brain is working again.

Biochem homework I couldn't get my head around for weeks now... I finally figured it out today. And it took like ten minutes.

wtf.

Yes. 🙁 He was really nice about it, and I explained that I just simply couldn't do it, but it made me feel really bad.

Awww, don't feel bad about that! I'm sure you'd return the favor if he calls you up some morning and can't come to work because he's puking.

I hope you are feeling better really soon. I've had two puking bugs in the past few months and they are just the worst.

I will be there. As will Penguin, megboo, and I am pretty sure Mushy. MM will be meeting up with us there.

and just my luck i'm working that weekend 😡

let's see if i can switch with someone... I miss chicago!! 🙁

We're supposed to get snow here in the west tonight too. 1-2 feet above 7000 feet is what I heard. I'm around 4500-5000 feet I think. We're supposed to get an inch or two.

Ooh, nevermind that! I just checked the weather again and the snow advisory has been cancelled. They're only going to get a few inches high up in the mountains now so maybe we've been spared here. 😀

I'd like to propose the idea that we go to MM rather than her coming out to us. We're going to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out in the 'burbs, and she's closer to the action. It'll be fun. C'mon. You know you want to.

I'm cool with that. I am totally unfamiliar with Chicago...you gals decide.

oh but you can! just close your eyes and click your heels together three times, saying "There's no place like Chicago! There's no place like Chicago! There's no place like Chicago!"
quoting for posterity, b/c I have clearly gone over the edge. you all just got to witness it.

Hey, anyone confident Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters is seriously gonna rock the house this weekend?

Looks like PB&J missed first post of the morning. You guys beat both her and docfunk today. :meanie: :meanie:

Oh and Chi-town rocks!!!! I can't decide what I love more.......St. Charles, Naperville, Devon Street (mini India town hahaha 😛), or downtown Chi town. I think I am in love with it all. Never been to Manhattan or Boston or Houston or L.A. or any of the other major cities besides Miami and Chi town, but both times I've been in Chi town I've been in love with the city. Its great cuz there are lots of suburbs which are still developing so you have great opportunity to build a bigger home if you don't want the cramped up living of certain parts of New York, but you still get the big city feel because its very easy to take public transportation to go to downtown area.

I went there last summer and in 97 and loved it both times. We were there last summer for a wedding. I remember because MM made a funny post when I went up to Wisconsin saying "waving to you from across the river" haha.

It was cool. The wedding we went to was beautiful to but a bit unorganized. Nonetheless it was still fun.

I'm jealous of you all for getting to go there. 😛

Later peepz.

I stayed in St. Charles for a weekend while visiting Fermi and Argonne Labs. Didn't impress me too much.
