I'm such a premed nerd, that while i'm on the bus with all the music nerds singing and making up songs about choir tour i'm going to be studying my 1000+ flashcards for MCAT... hahahaha

Btw, I don't know if things have changed, but I went to Cozmel with Carnival and they don't stay in port long enough imo. However, our ship was the 7 day from Miami to Cozmel, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica, and back. What are the details on your trip? 3 or 7 day?

It was pretty windy here earlier today. It blew my car cover off. A cool 70 degrees with low humidity. Too bad the overnight low in three days will be 31. 🙁

Mine's only five days, but we also stop in Costa Maya and get about 10 hours ashore at each location. The double room was only $330/person, which I look at as unused money I had budgeted for airfare to Boston and/or Atlanta. I realize, however, that EtOH is only going to up my expenses. 😀

I found out State Farm Insurance will stop service in Mississippi since Katrina. They will still cover those who currently use their service, but they won't be bringing on new customers. Something about lawsuits in that area with State Farm and things getting f'd up. Man, everything is still really screwed up there. 🙁

My family has an extensive hx of cancer, including skin cancer. Couple that with being extremely fair (which puts me at higher risk than you darker peoples!), I prefer to stay out of the harm of the sun's rays as much as possible. Plus, it will keep me from being all wrinkly in my 40's and 50's, unlike fair-skinned tanaholics!

That doesn't mean I don't go out in the sun, but I wear loads of SPF 15 or greater and a hat in the late spring/summer.

BTW- your body only needs 10 minutes of sunlight for appropriate amounts of vit. D 🙂
