Hey guys,

I just got the courage to put my mdapplicants file back up. I've decided not to be so easily deterred this time if I should get any offensive or racist comments. Maybe the best solution is just to... LEAVE THEM UP!

After all, it is a fairly entertaining distraction from this whole pre-med storm, and it helps us to get an idea of "which schools" are looking for "what" beyond numbers.

1. I sure hope the author of this comment gets accepted into every school she/he dreams of, and more!
2. I sure wish the author of this comment were an adcomm at all of MY schools!!!

That's a good question I was wondering about today; I know some schools definitely do.

Most MSTP/MD/PhD schools will pay for your interview. Of the five interviews I went to, 2 of them were completely paid for (including hotel), 1 paid for hotel but not transportation, and two did not pay for anything.

i use citi master card platinum and american express jet blue
the rates are high for both because of my relatively low credit compared to estabilshed people

I thought it was an absolutely jaw-dropping, fantastic film.

There's a flawless copy floating around the net; I can't recommend this film enough.

Hey y'all, just got home. Tonight was my lucky night at Taco Bell (spank me, MSTPbound 😛). The dude ahead of me in the drive-thru wanted to pay by his mastercard, but they don't take them....so he drove away, but they had already made up his order - and they just gave it to me for free. He gets a bad rap I suppose - I won't speak to that here. Most of the people criticizing this film haven't even seen it yet, which should tell you something. But Sicko is really not ideological; it can be enjoyed by people of any political persuasion and it's ABSOLUTELY VITAL for any american who plans to work in the healthcare system.
