This is a very random question.. but something I am curious about.

First, let me say I have never been accused or convicted of any crime on any level.

Now..

I have read some threads on here about felony or misdemeanor charges and how it may prevent someone in the end from licensure. Lets say someone had a felony, or even a misdemeanor in the United States that would prevent that person from obtaining a Pharmacy license. Could that person go to Canada and have full practice rights? Since it's in a different country would you have to explain the felony or misdemeanor charge. I realize that most people can't just leave the country.. but is that possible? Again, just something I have been curious about when reading some threads.
Thanks

It is certainly possible - public records do not travel across international borders (not yet any way) - So if you immigrated to another country, yes - you could set up shop.
