amazing thing I never knew existed: in-ground trampolines.
that is all.
My rromate has decided to go back to school and get his AS RN degree. On one side I am super excited for him, and he will be taking alot of classes I have already taken and I can help him. On the other side I feel like he really doesnt understand the job. If its anything like CVT, it isnt all roses and fun. He doesnt wanna do anything "gross" as in poop or car accident gore. I imagine human medicine is kind of like animal medicine. You sort of have to work your way up the chain, even if that includes wiping other people's behinds. I have other friends who are working on their RN degree and they have wiped many butts and sponge bathed many old people. I just dont know if my roomate fully understands that he wont walk right in and be on top of the game like he is in his line of work. Anyone have any insight?
Impressive jump but what's with all the other videos youtube suggests afterwards.. 😕

I had to do this tonight. To a pig with 105 degree temp. It wasn't as fun as this picture 🙁. Poor thing. Hope he survives the night
Way to be totally depressing Emiloo 🙄
Call me a cynic but I would explain this as follows:
Call me a cynic but I would explain this as follows:
Smart people spend more time pondering life and the world, and more perceptive at seeing things as they are.
Alcohol can be used as a drug of escapism (To an extent).
Smart people need to dull the reality of the crapiness of the world they are more perceptive to see.
🙁
There is an expression dumb and happy for a reason.![]()

The worrier/planner in me has decided to make a hurricane evacuation box for the dogs.
Now I am just sitting here with an overflowing box full of supplies for every possible scenario I can think of.
Anyone else have an emergency box for their animals? What is in it?
I have a massive first aid kit for when I run my sled dogs. It has almost everything I could ever need for an emergency on the trail. Feels like overload when I go on a short 10 mile run though🙄
Wow, I honestly never took your username literally. Very cool!

I've been using the phrase "in lieu" wrong my entire life. No teachers have ever corrected me. Learn something new every day.
How have you been using it? I hope it's funny.
Not funny but I feel stupid. I've been using like it means "in light of". Like "in light of this new information."
She has been using it in lieu of the way she should.![]()

This was funny. Don't even pretend.
I'm seriously considering purchasing my wedding dress online... I found it on the David's Bridal outlet site... It's a final sale, no returns/ exchanges... They only have it available in my size... It is sooo pretty . but I'm scared to press the purchase button.. I fit in that size in all the dresses I've tried on.. But what if it looks bad..but if it looks great then I got a $800 dress for $ 400.... Hmm decisions decisions...
Can you go try it on in person and then buy it online?

have you tried any dresses on that are a similar style? I'd be more concerned about you looking good (or "right" or however you want to look on your wedding day) in the style you're thinking about buying. Probably though, right? I'm sure you like it because it's a style that you know would be flattering on you. If so, I wouldn't worry too much about the sizing... most people have to get their dresses altered to fit *perfectly.* I bought my dress on ebay for $250 (a sample from a closing bridal shop) and then had it altered for another $200. It fit like a glove and was perfect! If you do buy it and dislike it, you could always try selling it on a site like preownedweddingdresses.com (although I don't know what the return is like for a Davids Bridal dress).
Oh yes, this is a style I've been trying on, and is exactly what I've been looking for. Just worried about buying online.
I'd be tempted to go with your instincts, especially if you've tried on similar styles. When I bought my dress, I looked at styles online first, and the one I fell in love with online is the one I ended up buying. I tried on other styles just to be sure (and because the friend I took with me pulled random dresses off the rack for me to put on, some of them pretty over-the-top 🙄), but I could've pretty much bought it online and been 100% satisfied. And you'll likely have to pay extra to have it fitted no matter where you buy it. But, it's up to you if it's worth the risk.
