Rank List Help Pls-Mid tier programs-IMG

Hi everyone,
I just wondered your ideas about the below programs. I am a non-US IMG and would like to pursue a fellowship probably in an outpatient setting(neuroimmunology, neuro-ophthalmology, movement). How much these subspecialty interest of mine should affect my ranking list? and how would you rank the below programs? Thank you very much
University of Iowa, University of Kansas (UKMC), Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State, Methodist Hospital, University of Kentucky, University of Toledo, Saint Louis University ( Yes, this is the order in my mind )

my personality; I feel like I can survive in any weather and hate crowded city life.

Any help is much appreciated.

I know many people with a very high opinion of Iowa. I have personal experience with SLU grads that makes me think they do not turn out a high quality product at all. No real knowledge of the others.
