Rank List Help Pls-Mid tier programs-IMG

Hi everyone,
I just wondered your ideas about the below programs. I am a non-US IMG and would like to pursue a fellowship probably in an outpatient setting(neuroimmunology, neuro-ophthalmology, movement). How much these subspecialty interest of mine should affect my ranking list? and how would you rank the below programs? Thank you very much 😀
University of Iowa, University of Kansas (UKMC), Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State, Methodist Hospital, University of Kentucky, University of Toledo, Saint Louis University ( Yes, this is the order in my mind 🙂)

my personality; I feel like I can survive in any weather and hate crowded city life.

Any help is much appreciated.

I know many people with a very high opinion of Iowa. I have personal experience with SLU grads that makes me think they do not turn out a high quality product at all. No real knowledge of the others.
